The Wellington Centre for Sustainable Agriculture hosts this competition between five local chefs for top spot as Fergusī elite pig roaster. Held from 3:00-7:00pm at 570 Belsyde Road in Fergus. Tickets available from the WCSA website $25 for adults (after September 1, $35), children 12 and under free.
